The LorAnn Super Strength Flavours are concentrated flavours, also known as candy oils or candy flavours. These flavours contain no vegetable oils. The term candy oil refers to a type of flavour that is concentrated and undiluted. These flavours are 3 to 4 times stronger than flavours based on water and alcohol.
When substituting these flavours for extracts, use ¼ to ½ teaspoon for 1 teaspoon of extract. These flavours don't diminish when exposed to high heat.
These flavours are suitable for fondant and marzipan. Due to the high concentration the structure of the fondant and marzipan will not changes when these flavours are added. Also suitable for chocolate, candy, cake, cookies, brownies and more.
