Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you have received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food and baking ingredients cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Damages & issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Goods that are deemed to be faulty or defective will be accepted back once inspected by the manufacturer.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned within the guidelines, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Stock Design (Ireland) Limited, 33/34 South King St, Dublin, Dublin, D02 KP04, Ireland. We do not cover the return shipping cost.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your item.
If you are approved, then your refund or exchange will be processed, and will automatically be sent to you through your original payment method within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be refunded.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €70, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
