The Leuchtturm1917 Notebook Medium A5 in Dune is part of the Covered for Sunshine range (CfS), Leuchtturm's summer edition. Two things set these apart from the regular ones: the pages have a coloured edge, and a postcard is tucked in to send a sunny hello. The warm, sand-yellow hardcover in Dune sets the tone.
Inside are 251 numbered pages with a dotted layout, handy for notes, sketches or bullet journaling. The paper is 80 gsm and chamois-coloured, which is easier on the eye, and it takes fountain pen ink well. The signatures are thread-bound, so the book lies flat when open.
The usual Leuchtturm extras are here too: a table of contents, two bookmarks, a pocket at the back, an elastic closure, eight perforated pages and a sheet of stickers for archiving.
