This meat tenderiser is part of the Kuhn Rikon Essential range. It has two different textured sides so that you can prepare meat and poultry just as you want it. Use the side with the fine structure to gently flatten your meat. Use the side with the rough structure to tenderise your meat by roughening the surface.
Simply place your cut meat or poultry between two layers of flim and pound evenly, beginning from the centre and working your way to the edges.
