Dexam has teamed up with Jeremy Pang at the celebrated School of Wok in Covent Garden to bring to the market a range of woks and accessories to enable enthusiasts to practise the art of Chinese cooking with excellence from the start.
This wok comes with a comfortable bamboo screw in handle with the School of Wok logo burnt into it. The interior of the wok has a dimpled, textured surface which keeps it super non-stick - allowing for healthier cooking with less oil. The thickness of the gauge is 1.2mm.
