This grater comes with two interchangable diamond laser cut discs, with one for fine grating and the other for shaving. When not in use, the spare disc can be stored in the grater's lid. The collected gratings can also be stored in the grater's lid, with an aroma-locking lid keeping the food's flavour fresh.
