Cut the shortcrust pastry twice to obtain all the pieces of the house. Separate the shapes before baking the pastry. The stencil will mark the doors and windows on the dough, providing a guideline for easy decoration. We recommend freezing the pastry for a few minutes before separating the shapes; this way, you won't run the risk of deforming the house pieces. Build the house by first assembling the front and side walls. You can use royal icing as glue! Finish with the remaining front or back. Place the roof. Have fun decorating your little house.
